Terms
These notes describe how we work with clients. They are a short placeholder while a full agreement is prepared for each engagement. If anything here disagrees with a signed order or master agreement, the signed document wins.
The subscription
EditSnap is a monthly subscription for unlimited media requests, worked one at a time through a hopper. Billing is either month-to-month or under an annual agreement. Prices, hopper limits, and the second-hopper add-on are as stated on the pricing section of the site at the time you subscribe, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Month-to-month subscriptions can be ended at any time. Annual agreements run for the stated term; you can cancel when that term is up.
The work
We produce video, 3D, motion, and audio work as described in the skill set on the site. Turnaround depends on scope. Your project manager gives a completion date when a request is accepted. Revisions for an active request are part of the hopper; the hopper clears when that request is complete.
Confidentiality
Client work is confidential by default. We do not share your files, brand materials, or unfinished work with third parties except as needed to deliver the service (for example, stock vendors or hosting). We are happy to sign an NDA.
