Can you just quote me for a single project?
No. The subscription is how we stay focused on the best work, quickly, with a no-surprises fixed cost for you.
Is there a long-term contract requirement?
Month-to-month: no obligation to keep the subscription active. Annual: you can cancel when the term is up.
Why an annual agreement?
Annual clients get more than a better rate. They get a dedicated team: the same people on every request, who learn your style and preferences. Over time that is a real advantage. They also pay $5,999/mo instead of $6,499, and can add a second hopper as-needed at 50% of the subscription.
What skills does your team bring to the table?
We can do 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, rigging, and animation. If you need a product or other object prepped for AR or VR, we can handle that too. In addition to 3D animation, we also do 2D and 2.5D.
We’re strong in video post-production: editing, VFX, compositing, and color grading. We can conform projects to 16:9 or any social aspect ratio.
On the audio side we can repair poorly captured audio, add sound FX and music beds, and write custom scores that match your video. Voice overs in various styles and accents, too.
How long will my project take to complete?
It depends on size and scope. Typically anywhere from 2 days to several weeks. At the start of each project, your project manager gives you a completion date.
Do you do graphic design?
Excellent graphic design — typically as part of a motion graphics or animation project.
Can I add an extra hopper?
Annual-agreement clients can add a second hopper as-needed at 50% of the subscription, so two requests can run at the same time. Turn it on for a busy season, turn it off when things slow down.
We only need the odd project here and there. Is EditSnap right for us?
Probably not. We’re ideal for organizations with an ongoing need for media work and real bandwidth limits — especially marketing, training, and internal communications. Or a marketing agency with a medium-to-large client roster.
How many people can use my EditSnap subscription?
Invite as many people on your team — or in your company — as you like to submit projects and give feedback.
Does EditSnap run a team of freelancers or contractors?
No. Our team is employees, specialized in their disciplines.
Can we get a W-9 form from EditSnap?
Yes. Ask your project manager and we’ll get it over to you.
